Since 25 years the Cologne Architect's Office Lindener + Partner is managed by Dipl.-Ing. Claudia Lindener (degreed engineer). Our team of 20 employees conducts all planning and management tasks in building and urban construction according to HOAI § 15.

GENERAL PLANNING

In cooperation with established engineering offices, we also provide all further specialist planning services like statics, building services, electrical engineering, fire prevention, building physics and measurement. At the same time we successfully manage nationwide off-site construction. As a general planner we take overall responsibility and function as our client's key contact.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our guarantee to our clients where building construction is concerned is the systematic handling of their projects by managing the entire planning and building. We apply our project management skills to handle contract and cost controlling business, deadlines and awards for general contractors as well as for single awards.
